We offer website Maintenance and Updates at the most affordable rates available for our maintenance frequency! The maintenance work performed on your site includes software updates, security scans, and minor content updates as needed. We also monitor your website for uptime and can recover crashed websites quickly without the need to bring in the server administrator in most instances. We will perform software updates, security scans, and filesystem backups every single day, not once monthly like our competitors.
Your Maintenance and Updates agreement means that any time your site experiences downtime or any other problems, we are on the task regardless of the time of day or which day of the week it happens, without additional cost to you. Most other companies only perform this maintenance once a month and charge premium fees for off-hours work if a site crashes. You will also receive weekly reports detailing the work performed on your website for your records. Most companies charge a lot more, for a lot less work.
Two services are bundled into your web development service agreement as additional line-items: your Web Application Firewall annual subscription fee and an annual fee for your Maintenance and Updates service agreement with Kristen’s Koncepts. Your Web Application Firewall annual subscription fee consists of a yearly pass-through subscription fee for your Web Application Firewall, WordFence. This charge is only a pass-through fee, meaning Kristen’s Koncepts does not profit financially from this fee at all. When we receive payment from you on your annual fee, we pay the Web Application Firewall annual
subscription fee on your behalf.
Also included is an annual Maintenance and Updates service agreement. With most companies, maintenance agreement services are performed once a month. We perform maintenance on your site every single day. Your website uptime will be monitored, and remediation measures will be taken on an as-needed basis should your site become unresponsive, at no additional cost. As a standard part of this service, you will receive a weekly report on the maintenance work performed on your website. We also maintain an archive of these reports.
For sites that are not part of the financial industry, we can also bundle an annual hosting and domain name into your package. Just ask for more information!

We work non-standard office hours due to the need to be available for regular late-night hours: live site major updates and site launches take place late at night. We utilize a 50/50 invoicing structure for website development, where you are first invoiced for the initial 50% of your development cost plus your annual Maintenance fee and Web Application Firewall fee, which are part of your bundled services. Any other bundled services are also included in this initial invoice Upon receipt of the payment for the initial invoice, We begin work on your website.
Throughout the development cycle, we work hand-in-hand with our clients. We share our ideas, listen to valued feedback, and adjust our work until our clients are 100% satisfied with the product they receive. We start with a basic concept: our client’s logo and colors, and our client telling us what they do and don’t like. It helps us to get started if they can provide us with links to sites showing elements that they adore (or hate), but we can start with only the logo and colors if we need to. Throughout the development cycle, we build pages and sections for the client to preview and adjust until they are happy.
When your website is ready to launch and go live, we invoice you for the final 50% of the development fee only. This means that the last invoice is actually lower than the first because the last does not include your annual bundled fees. The final 50% development fee secures the final launch of the new website to its production servers and training on how to use the new website.
Other services, such as graphic design and programming, are invoiced at completion. We track the time we invest in each project and invoice for an hourly rate.

We like it that our clients feel comfortable using Elementor whereas they often feel like they need a special college degree to use other page builders like WPBakery, Divi, and others. Updating your site in an attractive way shouldn’t be hard for the end-user, and we love that Elementor keeps it simple enough for my end-users to be comfortable.
